Starter Website - Starts at $300.00

Basic Website - Starts at $350.00

	3-5 pages

Premium Website - Starts at $550.00

	6-10 pages

Platinum Website - Starts at $750.00

	11-20 pages

I will work with you to tailor your website to meet your specific needs. I will give you a breakdown of what it will take to get your website up and running, along with an estimate of how long it will take to complete the project. Average turnaround time is a few days to two weeks, depending on how complex your website needs to be.

Once you've decided that you want me to develop your website for you, I will give you a written quote via email and an estimated time frame when it will be completed.

Online Photo Galleries: Adding photo galleries through online photo album websites will be billed at $50.00 per hour since this can be very time consuming. It takes a lot of time and work to resize photos and get them 'web ready' so this is not included in the basic web design rates.

Payments: I require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to get started. The balance is to be paid by check or PayPal within 30 days of completion of your site. Should you not pay within 30 days - your website will be temporarily 'shut down' until dues are paid.

***Pricing does not include Domain Name Registration/Hosting. Additional fees to set up your domain name/hosting account.

Web Maintenance Pricing:

Will your site need updating once it's completed? How often will you need updates? I can keep your site updated on either a per change basis or I can work with you on a monthly payment plan.

OPTION 1 - $50.00/hr

	Charged in 15 minute increments (minimum 1/2 hour)
	This service covers changes such as adding/changing text & photos
	This does not apply to the redesign of a website or the addition of pages
	Addition of pages will be $10 per page added

OPTION 2 - $350.00

	6 Month Plan
	Includes 1 hour per month of maintenance to "existing" pages
	This service covers changes such as adding/changing text & photos
	This does not apply to the redesign of a website or the addition of pages
	Addition of pages will be $10 per page added
