Joy of Motion has 3 locations in Friendship Heights, Bethesda and H St. NE. We offer a wide variety of drop in classes from other Zumba classes, ballet, modern, all types of jazz, Afro Brazilian, flamenco, Afro-Venezuelan, belly dance, tap, stretch & align, yoga, hip hop and much more!
